APPLICATION PROCEDURES
In the deadlines fill in and send:

• the original of the Appication Form
• the original of the Learning Agreement
• a copy of a valid document (ID or passport)

REGISTRATION

Immediately upon arrival students must reach the International Office (Campus Folcara, elevator 2, II floor).
Check-in takes place between 9:30–11:30am each morning.
International Office will:

• Do registration of arrival (Certificate of Attendance)
• Hand out Student Card
• Hand out Information packages and explain contents

Student Card is valid throughout the student's time of study and has multiple functions such as ID cards for exams, access card to university buildings, to receive refectory, library and sport card.

Erasmus students are required to:

• present Codice Fiscale (to have information please link to our website http://www.eng.unicas.it/pagina.php?nodo=5&pagina=166)
• present E.U. Public Health Card
• communicate their current address in Cassino

AT THE END OF THE MOBILITY

Please, advice the International Office of the date of departure.

International Office will:

• certify the date of departure (Certificate of Attendance)
• deliver students the original of the Certificate of Attendance and of the Learning Agreement
• deliver the Certificate of the Italian Language Course (if it's ready, otherwise the Office will send it to the Home University) which endorces the level acquired and the length of the course in hours (not ECTS)
• issue and deliver the Transcript of Records (if it's ready, otherwise the Office will send it to the Home University)
