20IND13 SAFEST - the tool developed by UNICAS
11/10/2024UNICAS has developed a validated numerical tool capable of analyzing the interaction between the test liquid and the performance of two selected flow meters: an orifice plate and a gear pump prototype. This numerical model enables the investigation of various operating conditions (e.g., flow rate, temperature, pressure) and facilitates parametric analyses that are challenging to perform experimentally. It also provides detailed insights into thermo-fluid-dynamic fields (e.g., liquid density, viscosity).
