Annalisa Castelli

Annalisa Castelli is Associate Professor of Public Economics at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio where she teaches in BA and MA courses and is the Department of Economics and Law Delegate for International Relations and Teaching Activities; she is also one of the University representatives in the Education Committee of the EUt+ Alliance. Her research interests are Public Economics issues mainly targeted on Procurement, Sustainability, Anticorruption and SMEs. She has more than 10 years of experience in the design, implementation and management of training tools in the field of Procurement, Integrity and Anticorruption and Competition issues. Annalisa has been a consultant for Fincantieri S.p.A., the Italian Ministry of Finance, the State Aid Department of the Italian Ministry of Industry and the Italian National Statistical Institute (Istat); she is also specialized in the relationship with Multiratel Development Banks, is a member of the Scientific Committe of the Fondazione Manlio Resta and has been a member of the Advisory Board of CAP Holding S.p.A. She holds a PhD in Money and Finance and a MSc. in Economics and Institutions.
