Simone Tedeschi

Simone Tedeschi is Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Department of Economics and Law. His research interests cover a variety of fields of applied economics ranging from applied works in microeconomics to methodological aspects of causal inference in econometrics. He has been working on household risk sharing, taxation-related topics, and individual preferences for different configurations of social institutions. More in general, he is concerned with topics related to public economics, public finance, wealth and income distribution, with a focus on redistributive effects of public policies, pursued through the use of microeconometric and microsimulation techniques. On these topics he has published in various journals, including Journal of Applied Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, International Journal of Microsimulation.
