Learning mobility of individuals (KA131)

The actions supported under this Key Action are expected to bring positive and long-lasting effects on the participants and participating organisations involved, as well as on the policy systems in which such activities are framed.
The mobility activities of students, recent graduates, PhD and staff supported under this Key Action are meant to give the possibility to spend a period in Europe and in third countries, of short and/ or long duration, at partner institutions to carry out study, training or teaching activities.

The Erasmus + Programme reaches several outcomes: improve the competences linked to the occupational profiles, enhanced intercultural awareness, more active participation in society, increased ability to address the needs of people with fewer opportunities, better awareness of the European project and the EU values, increased motivation and satisfaction in their daily work.
