How to Reach UNICASThe University of Cassino and Southern Lazio is easily accessible by various means of transport. Here’s how you can reach our main campus: By CarTake the A1 Motorway (Autostrada del Sole). Exit at Cassino. Follow the signs for the city center and then for "Università" or "Campus Folcara." The main campus is located on Viale dell'Università. By TrainCassino is well-connected by train. The Cassino railway station is on the main Rome-Naples line. From the station, you can reach the university by local bus or taxi. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. By BusPlease check the local bus services for updated information Take bus Line 16 (UNIVERSITÀ “FOLCARA”) from the railway station (Stazione FF.SS.) directly to the university campus. Other lines like Line 11 Bis also serve areas near the university. By PlaneThe closest airports are: - Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): From FCO, you can take a regional train or the Leonardo Express to Roma Termini station. From Roma Termini, take a direct train to Cassino (approx. 1.5 - 2 hours). - Naples Capodichino Airport (NAP): From NAP, take a taxi or shuttle bus to Napoli Centrale railway station. From Napoli Centrale, take a train to Cassino (approx. 1 - 1.5 hours). |
