CUDIR - University Center for disability, inclusion and research

The CUDIR, University Center for Disability, Inclusion and Research of the University of Cassino was created to facilitate the university life of students with temporary or permanent disabilities, specific learning disabilities (DSA), special educational needs (BES) so that they can fully live the university experience in an autonomous and participatory way.

In fact, the service guarantees enrolled students the planning of an individualized path through the offer of numerous services, tools and aids that allow them to study and take exams in the most effective way throughout the entire training course, encouraging full and effective inclusion within the university community.

Prospective students can request individual support, both when they are going to choose the degree programme, and right before the enrolment, nor during their study path.

In order to benefit the Centre's services, the student must complete a registration form, present certification of his/her disability and/or civil disability and/or DSA according to current legislation (certification of civil disability and/or handicap certification pursuant to law 104/92 or DSA certification) and carry out a cognitive interview with a Service operator, in order to be able to identify specific needs and correlate measures and supports.
