Step 1) Pre-admission

A preliminary assessment of the applicant's preparation is required. If you hold an Italian high school diploma, then go to step 2: the preliminary evaluation will be conducted at a later stage, during the enrollment phase. If, instead, you do not hold an Italian high school diploma, then create a new account/login to the Student Portal GOMP and submit your application through the "Pre-admission International Students" Section. The following documents must be provided:

  1. high school transcript;

  2. curriculum vitae;

  3. motivation letter;

  4. certificate of proficiency in English;

  5. current (valid) passport or identity card.

After uploading the documents, you will be invited to pay a 15€ fee to complete the application. Early application is strongly encouraged in view of the required paperwork. You will be notified by email about the outcome of the application.

Step 2)

Our selection committee will evaluate applications according to specific admission criteria. The criteria are based on the following minimum requirements: English Certificate (B2 or equivalent is required); overall high school grade point average (minimum requirement: 70%) with an emphasis on math, the grade of which must not be less than 70%. In addition, a high school diploma or a bachelor older than 5 years will not be considered. Note that you have to have reached the age of majority (18) when you reach Cassino.

Depending on the time of the year, and the amount of requests received, this step could last up to 30 days. The Committee decision will be sent by email to the address indicated at the time of the application.

Step 3)

Once pre-admitted, you will be required to enter the Universitaly website and follow the instructions there to apply to our Program. Be careful: if your application to Universitaly will lack some documents or relevant information or if names are misspelled (names must coincide with the names on the passport), this will delay the release of your student visa from the Embassy.

Step 4)

Once our administration has approved your application on Universitaly, Italian Embassies will be able to verify that you have been admitted to our program, without further communications

Step 5)

The Embassy will evaluate your request and release the visa.
