The Master's Degree Program in Economics and Entrepreneurship offers specialized training in economic subjects and entrepreneurship. The disciplinary areas of the Program are:
economics, business administration, statistics, and law with a focus on the development and dissemination of an entrepreneurial culture that also enables the graduate to implement the entrepreneurial activity itself.
Soft skills, multidisciplinary skills and practical training aimed at creating and developing an innovative business idea with social and sustainability impact, business plan writing and market analysis are an integral part of the educational activities of the Program.
The main professional profiles trained, in line with the guidelines expressed by the DG "Enterprise and Industry" and the recent labor policy guidelines of the European Commission, are:
- Managers of Italian or foreign innovation-oriented companies
- Entrepreneurs capable of developing start-ups in innovative and emerging sectors
- Employees/consultants of national and international companies or institutions endowed with creativity and flexibility (so-called entrepreneurial employees), bearers of "intrapreneurship," i.e., capable of making a creative, original and "entrepreneurial" contribution to the entities for which they work.

plus another set of specialized elective exams that allow the student to delve deeper into the topics of his or her interest. Students must choose 2 exams (for a total of 12 ETCS) in the following list:

International Economics and Globalization, Part 1 (6 ECTS)
Applied Public Economics (6 ECTS)
Completing the academic path is the compulsory curricular internship, which is worth 12 ECTS and can also be carried out at foreign companies or institutions, thanks to which the student has the opportunity to experience in the field and apply the skills acquired.
Finally, the dissertation that must be written in English, under the supervision of a Professor of the Program, on a topic chosen within the subjects of the Program. The thesis is worth 15 ECTS, can also be done abroad, and must be finally defended in the graduation session before a Department Graduation Committee.
