The Erasmus+ programme is the new European programme for education, training, youth and sport. Unicas is accredited for participation in the Programme by obtaining the UNICAS Erasmus Charter for Higher Institution 2021-2027. The Programme promotes mobility for students, trainees, teaching and non-teaching staff, and creates or improves partnerships between institutions and organisations in the fields of higher education, gives the support to carry out the reform of education, training and youth assistance systems.
Erasmus + will allow the benficiaries to live cultural experiences abroad, learn about new higher education systems, improve the knowledge of at least one other language and meet young people from other countries. Erasmus + is playing an active role in building a much more united Europe.

Participant with fewer opportunities
To facilitate mobility as much as possible and ensure equality and fairness in access to and the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program, participants with fewer opportunities can carry out their mobility abroad. This is the case of participants with certified health problems; individuals from migrant and refugee backgrounds, national or ethnic minorities; individuals with language adaptation and cultural inclusion difficulties, etc.; those with minor children; working students/PhD students; professional athletes; orphans of at least one parent; and children of victims of terrorism and organized crime. For the aforementioned participants who, during the application phase, declare conditions of fewer opportunities, also attested by self-certification, an additional contribution of euros 250.00 per month is provided, as defined by the Erasmus+ National Agency Indire and cannot be combined with the MUR contribution for economic difficulties.
