L’Università di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale segue con preoccupazione e partecipe solidarietà gli sviluppi delle proteste in corso in Iran e ribadisce, attraverso la propria politica di accoglienza e inclusione, la volontà di attuare iniziative concrete per alleviare la situazione di disagio degli studenti iraniani che da anni arricchiscono la sua comunità accademica.
In continuità con le recenti misure didattiche utili a ridurre la pressione psicologica già vissuta la scorsa estate dalla comunità studentesca iraniana, il Rettore ha già concordato con il Centro Rapporti Internazionali e con le associazioni studentesche la convocazione di un nuovo incontro aperto a tutti gli studenti interessati, volto a definire ulteriori azioni di sostegno per gli oltre 200 studenti iraniani iscritti a UNICAS, dolorosamente lontani dalle loro famiglie in un momento così difficile.

The University of Cassino and Southern Lazio is following the developments of the ongoing protests in Iran with concern and solidarity. Through its policy of welcome and inclusion, Unicas reaffirms its willingness to implement real initiatives to alleviate the hardship faced by Iranian students, whose community has been enriching our academic reality for years.
In line with recent educational measures aimed at reducing the psychological pressure already experienced last summer by the Iranian student community, the Rector has already agreed - together with the International Relations Centre and students’ associations - to convene a new meeting open to all interested students, with a view to defining further support actions for the more than 200 Iranian students enrolled at Unicas, who are painfully far from their families at such a difficult time.
