I delegati delle 9 università partner di EUT+ si sono riuniti nella splendida cornice di Cartagena per disegnare il percorso che porterà alla nascita dei primi diplomi europei, le cui linee guida sono state pubblicate dalla Commissione Europea ad aprile 2024.
