LEVEL OF THE LANGUAGE
Italian or English level required for the Erasmus students is usually B2 but check it carefully with the Home Institution according to the Bilateral Agreement!
NO certification is required; it's enough the self-declaration in the learning agreement (where applicable) or in the Application Form.

REGISTRATION
Immediately upon arrival students must reach the Erasmus office (Viale dell'Università, ground floor - room T15).

The Office will:
Do registration of arrival (Certificate of Attendance)
Hand out Information packages and explain contents
Erasmus students are required to:

present Codice Fiscale*
present E.U. Public Health Card
* In order to be registered, students will have to apply for the Codice Fiscale, an Italian official identification number, to the following office:
Agenzia delle Entrate, Via Ausonia vecchia, Cassino
The office is open every day from 8.30 am to 12.30 am and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 02.15 pm to 03.15 pm. Necessary documents to apply for the codice fiscale are: ID or a valid passport and the visa (only for extra-UE).
AT THE END OF THE MOBILITY
The end date of the mobility must be the last day the student visit the Erasmus office!
So, please, book an appointment by email or check the office hours.
If the student doesn't reach the office in presence, the end date of the mobility must coincide with the last day of the didactic activity carried out according to what's in GOMP.
The Office will:
certify the date of departure (Certificate of Attendance)
deliver students the original of the Certificate of Attendance and of the Learning Agreement
issue and deliver the Transcript of Records (if it's ready, otherwise the Office will send it to the Home University by at least 5 week from the end date of the mobillity).

HOW TO REACH CASSINO
FROM ROME
From Rome you can reach Cassino by train in about two hours (for departure timetable check http://www.trenitalia.com/).
Termini Railway Station in Rome can be reached from Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo Da Vinci) by train.
Once to "Roma Fiumicino" airport, have the Leonardo Express Train to reach "Roma Termini" railway station. Leonardo Express train runs twice an hour and it takes more or less half an hour. Once to Roma Termini, look for a train to Cassino (it takes more or less 2 hours). The train timetable can be checked at the following website: http://www.trenitalia.com
FROM NAPLES
From Naples you reach Cassino from Naple railway station.
From “Capodichino airport” in Naples, take the “Alibus” bus to reach the railway station (Napoli Centrale in piazza Garibaldi).
IMPORTANT - Before boarding any train in Italy, place the ticket in one of the yellow validating machines. Tickets must be validated the same day of the journey.
