STEP 1
PRE-ADMISSION! Choose your Programme and verify the entry requirements
- it's usually possible between February and April, check the precise deadline fixed by each degree programme
BACHELOR DEGREE PROGRAMMES

- Global Economy and Business
- Civil and Environmental Engineering

- Sport Management (local fixed quota)
After you have been pre-admitted by the Degree Programme, check if you need a Student VISA. If you need it, go to STEP 2, otherwise, go to STEP 3.
STEP 2
ADMISSION! Start your online pre-enrollment application
- usually between March and November, but the sooner you submit the application the sooner you receive your visa appointment

2.1 APPLY IN UNIVERSITALY
Be careful about the documents you upload!
The Committee will contact you through the portal for the missing documents, don't write an email to them, don't worry!
2.2 WAIT FOR THE ADMISSION
Don't contact the Committee by email, you have only to wait!
NOTE THAT no one can open the appliction again once it's closed!
2.3 PRINT THE PDF FILE OF THE SUMMARY (This is the so called "Letter of eligibility for enrollment”! you won’t receive any admission letter by email!), SIGN IT AND DELIVER IT TO THE EMBASSY TO APPLY FOR A VISA
The University of Cassino requires DOV (Declaration of Value) to enroll, not to apply for a visa.
Statement of Comparability, together with the Statement of Verification, (both issued by CIMEA) are accepted in the place of the DOV. Info at /studenti/international-students/convenzione-cimea.aspx
NOTE THAT, at this stage, the validation procedure done by higher education institutions does not imply any right to obtain the visa: the decision on visa for study purposes is of exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian Diplomatic Consular Mission/Embassy.

STEP 3
ENROLLMENT

WHEN YOU GET THE VISA or IF YOU A REGULARLY LIVING UE STUDENTS
3.1 Apply for the CODICE FISCALE in Agenzia delle Entrate (Via Ausonia Vecchia, Cassino)
3.2 Register in GOMP
3.3 Reach the International Welcome Service in Rettorato in Viale dell'Università, Loc. Folcara – 03043 Cassino (FR) according to the office hours
3.3.1 International extra-UE students have to show to the Service the following documents: passport with the visa for study and the arrival stamp in Italy (or a valid permit to stay); the Declaration of Value (Statement of Comparability together with the Statement of Verification - both issued by CIMEA - are accepted in the place of the DOV)
3.3.2 International UE students have to show to the Service: passport or ID; academic documents
3.3.3 Wait for the “nulla osta for international students” issued in GOMP to proceed
3.4 Reach the International Students Administrative Office to enroll, to have information in regards to the tuition fees, to have the enrollment certificate and the student card
3.5 Reach the Didactics Office of your Department for the Timetable, the Study Plan, etc.
