The office manages international students' careers after the arrival.
At the moment of arrival, after going to Mrs. Laura Morone (International students Welcome Office) for checking your documents, come to the Administrative Office to start the enrollment.
Here you can ask for:
- enrollments
- renewal of enrollments
- certifications and transcript
- enrollment letters
- fees
- transfer to another university
- all the administrative problems you may have during your career
- Final Diploma

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, nella seduta del 24/03/2026, ha autorizzato l’erogazione di un contributo massimo di € 300,00 a favore degli studenti provenienti da Paesi in guerra, a parziale copertura delle tasse dovute per l’a.a. 2025/2026.
Per chiedere il contributo è necessario compilare il Google form. accedendo SOLO con l'account studentmail.unicas.it.
L’Università provvederà ad erogare il contributo dopo aver fatto le proprie verifiche.
Ad integrazione di quanto sopra, si specifica che il contributo verrà erogato indipendentemente da quanto già versato.
Notice
The Board, on March 24th, 2026, authorized a grant of up to €300.00 to students from countries at war, to partially cover tuition fees due for the a.y. 2025/2026.
To apply for the grant, you must complete - ONLY USING YOUR STUDENTMAIL.UNICAS.IT ACCOUNT - the Google Form.
University will disburse the grant after verifying.
In addition to the above, please note that this grant will be paid regardless of any amounts already paid.
